STATE OF MAINE
Now comes Consumers for Affordable Health Care (CAHC), by and through its attorneys, with its request to enlarge time for filing its response to the Superintendents procedural order and notice of hearing until seven days after the pending motions to intervene, including its own, are acted upon. Because of the desire for coordination set forth in the procedural order, CAHC cannot adequately prepare its response to such orders until such motions are decided.
