In accordance with the Superintendent’s Procedural Order of November 4, 1999, indicating that parties should submit suggested issues by Tuesday afternoon for the following Friday meeting, Applicants suggest the following issues for discussion in the meeting with the Superintendent’s representative on Friday afternoon, November 12, 1999:

What is the appropriate mechanism to ensure fair and efficient intervenor coordination?

What procedure and schedule should be used to resolve issues ##15 and 26 in the procedural order?
