Pursuant to 24-A M.R.S.A. § 2301(9-D)(O) and 5 M.R.S.A. § 9054(1), the Superintendent of Insurance hereby GRANTS the Application of the Attorney General to intervene as a full party in the above-captioned proceeding. As a full party, the Attorney General shall be bound by all procedural requirements set forth in Title 24-A, Bureau of Insurance Rule Ch. 350, and any procedural order issued by the Superintendent during the course of this matter.
