  • Maine Liquor Liability Report due by March 1:

PLEASE NOTE:

U.S. Insurers:  The 12/31 Annual Statement is not required, provided that the company submits it electronically in accordance with the NAIC guidelines.

Alien Insurers: Annual financial statements are not required, provided the insurer remains on the NAIC IID Quarterly Listing of Alien Insurers.  {failure to remain on this Quarterly Listing will result in the termination of eligibility in Maine}
