Permitted Accounting Practices

The purpose of Bulletin 355 is to be transparent and to make companies aware of our regulatory intent relating to our review of permitted practices granted by domestic states.

BOI will rely on Annual Statement Footnote One. Kendra Coates, Director of Financial Analysis, will contact a company in the event that any additional information is required.
