Transfer must be completed by 11:59 pm on October 31, 2003.

To complete the TRANSFER you will need:

	Your any-deer permit. (Once you receive your permit, you will need to complete this process and WRITE your authorization number, and the transferee information on your PERMIT for the permit to be valid.)
	The following information about the person who will be receiving the permit from you: 2003 hunting license number, name, mailing address, date of birth, and transferee must be a junior hunter or a person 65 year of age or older.

	Your any-deer permit. (You will need to complete this process and WRITE on your PERMIT your authorization number and the swap information in the transfer box for the permit to be valid.)
	The following information about the person who will be receiving the permit from you: name, mailing address, and date of birth
	A credit card
